Where do the items for sale come from? What condition are they in?
All Second Choice products sold are second-choice items: they have never been used in-game, but have been removed from the traditional sales channel.
The available products come from different origins and therefore in different conditions:
- The commercial samples are in very good condition but are not new: they have been displayed, transported and handled.
- The products initially reserved for our champions are completely new.
- Products with cosmetic defects are new, but have a slight visual imperfection.
Each of our products is photographed so you can see exactly what you are buying.
Can I get more information about a product?

Are the product prices negotiable?
No, as with all other items on our site, prices are not negotiable.
What about payment?
Your payment is processed securely. We offer several payment methods.
How can I be sure that I will receive my item?
The vast majority of orders reach their recipients without any problems!
If you encounter any problems (shipping, delivery, etc.), please write to us . Once the problem has been reported and confirmed, you will be reimbursed directly to your bank account.
How can I be sure that the product received will conform to its description?
Once you have received your order, you have 72 hours to report any problems (non-compliant item, counterfeit, ...).
